Cerys joined our practice in September 2025 as a student dental nurse. Before beginning her career in dentistry, she worked in sales, starting straight after leaving school and eventually progressing into a management role.

Her years in sales gave her a strong foundation in communication, organisation and understanding people. She spent a lot of time building relationships with customers and learning how to make them feel at ease, which has helped make the transition into dentistry a smooth one. Being able to connect with patients, listen carefully and reassure them especially when they might feel nervous is something she genuinely enjoys.

Cerys is excited to be developing her skills in a new environment and to be part of a profession that focuses on care, trust and attention to detail. She’s enthusiastic about learning as much as she can and building a long-term career in dental nursing.
