Rebecca has worked in dentistry for over 20 years, beginning her career as a Dental Nurse at Bristol Dental Hospital. During her time there, she worked across all departments and also spent time at the Bristol Royal Infirmary and the Children’s Hospital, gaining a strong and well-rounded understanding of dental care.
After leaving the hospital, she moved into specialist practices, where she gained experience in orthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery before progressing into management around eight years ago. Since then, she has managed both specialist and general practices, focusing on building supportive, well-organised teams that deliver the highest standard of patient care.
Alongside her practical experience, Rebecca has completed further studies in business and mental health and is currently working towards a Level 5 qualification in People Management.
